Manifesto for Agile Digital Products\/Services Delivery<\/h2>\n

We are uncovering better ways of delivering
\ndigital products\/services by doing it and helping others do it.
\nThrough this work we have come to value:

\nDelivered value & validated learning<\/strong> over formalities<\/cite>

\nInitiating & responding to change<\/strong> over following a fixed plan<\/cite>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

That is, while there is value in the items on
\nthe right, we value the items on the left more.<\/h4>\n

Twelve Principles behind the Agile Manifesto<\/h3>\n

We follow these principles:

<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n

\nOur highest priority is to delight the users, stakeholders, and the customer
\nthrough early and continuous delivery of business value.

<\/p>\n

We welcome emerging requirements, even late in development.
\nWe harness change and make the most of it
\nfor the stakeholders and the customer’s competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

We validate learnings and we deliver improvements, working features,
\n and business value continually, from a couple of weeks to a couple of hours,
\nwith a preference to the shorter timescale.<\/p>\n

Stakeholders, product\/service people, developers, designers,
\nand all the parties involved have a voice and work daily together
\nthroughout the delivery effort and the product\/service lifecycle.<\/p>\n

Build digital products\/services around motivated stakeholders and individuals.
\nGive them the clarity, the environment and support they need,
\nand trust them to get the job done.<\/p>\n

The most efficient and effective method of conveying information
\nis face-to-face. Use the best communication means available,
\nthat is suitable for the complexity at hand.<\/p>\n

Business value delivered, validated learning, working features,
\ndelighted stakeholders and customers
\n are the primary measures of progress.<\/p>\n

Agile ways of working promote sustainable workload.
\nThe stakeholders, developers, and all the parties involved
\nshould be able to maintain a constant pace indefinitely.<\/p>\n

Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design
\nenhance technical agility and are a prerequisite for organisational and business agility.<\/p>\n

Simplicity –the art of maximising the amount
\nof work not done– is essential.<\/p>\n

The best business outcomes, digital products\/services, architectures, requirements, and designs
\nemerge from a team in a self-organising system
\nthat supports and amplifies beneficial outcomes.<\/p>\n

Continuously the team reflects on how
\nto become more effective, then tunes and adjusts
\nits behaviour and ways of working accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/h4>\n
